At Sinnriket, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds for our Dresses, Sets, and Tops.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The original proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or personalized/custom-made goods are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any item not in its original, saleable condition (e.g., with stains, odors, or damage).
  • Items returned without all original packaging and tags.
  • Items that have been altered in any way.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refunds

Upon successful inspection of the returned item:

  • You will be refunded the full price of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, faulty, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product/issue. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
