How long does processing and shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days for standard international shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable. Please initiate all returns via email at [email protected].
How do I exchange an item?
We currently process exchanges by having you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct size or style as quickly as possible. For assistance, please email [email protected].
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

How do I find the right size?
Detailed size charts are available on each product page. We recommend carefully reviewing the measurements (in both inches and centimeters) and comparing them to a similar garment you own for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we typically suggest sizing up.
Are the product colors accurate?
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting conditions, colors may appear slightly different in person.
How should I care for my Sinnriket garments?
Care instructions are provided on the label of each item. We generally recommend gentle washing, avoiding high heat when drying, and ironing at low temperatures if needed to maintain the quality and longevity of your Dresses, Sets, and Tops.
